Who we are

KobeDesignLab is operated by Robert Douglas under Intellevo, a sole proprietorship based in Kobe, Japan. We provide AI consulting, training, and systems services. Contact: robert@kobedesignlab.com

What we collect

• Contact form: name and email address when you submit an enquiry. Used only to respond to you.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. Collects anonymised usage data — pages visited, session duration, device type. No personally identifiable information stored.
• Booking: if you book via Calendly, their own privacy policy applies. We receive your name, email, and meeting details.

Cookies

GA4 sets first-party cookies to distinguish sessions. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form
• To understand how visitors use the site (analytics)
• To schedule and manage consulting calls

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship. GA4 data is retained for 14 months per Google's default settings. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (EU/UK GDPR, Japanese APPI), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email robert@kobedesignlab.com to exercise these rights.
