These terms govern your use of kobedesignlab.com and any services purchased from KobeDesignLab, operated by Robert Douglas under Intellevo. By booking a call or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
KobeDesignLab offers AI consulting, training, and systems development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. These terms apply to all engagements unless superseded by a separate written contract.
The introductory consulting call is priced at $100 USD. Payment is due before the call. The fee is non-refundable once the call has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the booking link.
Bespoke projects (AI systems, training programmes, builds) are quoted individually. A written proposal or statement of work will be provided before any work begins. Payment schedules are specified per project.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work product created for you becomes your property. KobeDesignLab retains the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies we bring to a project remain our property.
KobeDesignLab's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue or data loss.
AI strategy and implementation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We provide our best professional judgement but do not guarantee specific business outcomes. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
